Jianhua

Jianhua ( Chinese  建華 區  /  建华 区 , Pinyin Jiànhuá Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Qiqihar in the northeast Chinese province of Heilongjiang . Since April 1, 2013 it has an area of ​​759.2 km² (until then 81 km²) and has a population of around 276,000 (April 2013). Taha Township was part of Fuyu County until March 31, 2013 , and was incorporated into Jianhua on April 1.

Administrative structure
