Hulan Ergi

The municipality of Hulan Ergi ( 富拉爾基 區  /  富拉尔基 区 , Fùlā'ěrjī Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Qiqihar in the northern Chinese province of Heilongjiang . It has an area of ​​375 km² and has a population of around 270,000 (2004).

The name of the borough comes from the Daur language and means "red river bank".
