Jim Bohannon

James E. "Jim" Bohannon (* 1946 in Lebanon , Missouri ) is an American television and radio host.

Life

Bohannon attended Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Missouri and Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri ; he served in the US Army. In 2003 he was in the National Radio Hall of Fame included and was responsible for the Marconi Award of the National Association of Broadcasters in the category Network Syndicated Personality of the Year nomination.

He is under contract with Westwood One . His US-wide late night radio show The Jim Bohannon Show is taken over by over 350 stations. It was heard by an estimated 6.5 million people weekly in August 2019. He also hosted the America in The Morning show , a US-wide show that was taken over by host John Trout in December 2015. However, Bohannon continued to contribute interviews and other contributions in the form of a daily feature.

He has been married to Annabelle since 1998.
