The Jinan Olympic Sports Center Stadium (Simplified Chinese: 济南 奥林匹克 体育 中心), also colloquially Xiliu (西柳), is a multi-purpose stadium and part of the Jinan Olympic Sports Center in Jinan , People's Republic of China . The National Games of China 2009 took place here in October 2009 . The stadium is used for football matches and athletics events. The stadium has space for 56,808 spectators on a construction area of 131,000 square meters and was opened in April 2009.
The Shandong Luneng Taishan club plays its home games here.
