Jing (Xuancheng)

Jing County (泾 县; Pinyin : Jīng Xiàn) is a county in the prefecture-level city of Xuancheng in the Chinese province of Anhui . In 1999 it had 360,723 inhabitants.

The former headquarters of the New Fourth Army ((军部 旧址, Xīnsìjūn jūnbù jiùzhǐ), the Shuixi double pagodas (水 西 双塔, Shuǐxī shuāng tǎ), the ancient architecture of Chaji (查 济 古 ì 群, Cháji gǔ jiànzhùqún) and the ancient architecture in the village of Huangtiancun (黄 田村 古 建筑 群, Huángtiáncūn gǔ jiànzhùqún) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
