Jingjiang drainage lock

The Jingjiang discharge sluice ( Chinese  荆江 分洪 闸 , Pinyin Jīngjiāng fēnhóngzhá , English Jingjiang flood-diversion sluice ) is a discharge sluice built in 1952 on the Jingjiang section of the Jangtsekiang (Jangtsekiang). Located in the municipality Gong'an the Chinese province (公安县) Hubei and is part of the Jingjiang flood drainage project ( 荆江分洪工程 , Jingjiang Fenhong Gongcheng , English Jingjiang Flood Diversion Project ).

It has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 2006 .
