Joaquín Gorina is an Argentine neighborhood in Partido La Plata in the province of Buenos Aires .
In 2001 the place had 5521 inhabitants.
The establishment of the settlement took place in 1923 at the time of the railway construction from La Plata to Avellaneda , when the latifundia owner Joaquín Gorina donated 14 hectares of his estancia to the provincial government on the condition that the place bears his name.
A well-known resident in his time after the Third Reich and before his trial in Jerusalem was Adolf Eichmann alias Ricardo Klement .
