Jochen Bracker

Jochen Bracker (born October 8, 1927 ) is a German historian .

Life

Bracker was since November 1, 1971 professor of history at the University of Education in Kiel. His dissertation, presented in 1966 at the University of Kiel , had "The Danish language policy 1856–1864 and the population of Middle Schleswig" on the subject. Bracker worked on the textbook Living Past and published several articles in the "Journal of the Society for Schleswig-Holstein History". He lives in Quarnbek . His father Adolf Bracker was a teacher for sport and biology at the Humboldt-Gymnasium in Kiel.
