Joseph Paul Richard Worsley MBE (born June 14, 1977 in London ) is an English rugby union player . He plays as a winger for the England team and the London Wasps .

Worsley played for the Welwyn Garden City RFC until he was 16 and then moved to the Wasps, with whom he is still under contract to this day. He first appeared for England in 1999 and has since participated in three World Championships. At the 2003 World Cup he was able to win the title with the national team. With the Wasps he has won the Guinness Premiership three times , the Heineken Cup twice and the Powergen Cup once .

In 2009 Worsley was nominated for the British and Irish Lions tour to South Africa . In the final game of the series he was used.
