Joel Brown (born January 31, 1980 in Baltimore ) is an American athlete.

The 110 m hurdle sprinter Brown had his breakthrough at the US championships in 2005 when he finished fourth with a personal best of 13.28 seconds. Since the American world champion Allen Johnson was automatically qualified for the World Athletics Championships in 2005 , Brown was allowed to compete as fourth runner for the USA in Helsinki and made it to the finals. Here he took sixth place.
