Joel Damahou (born January 28, 1987 in Koumassi , Ébrié-Lagune ) is an Ivorian football player who currently plays for the Israeli first division club FC Bnei Sachnin .

Career

Damahou played in France from 1999, including at Paris FC . From 2008 to 2010 he played in the fourth-class Regionalliga West for the second team of Borussia Mönchengladbach . He came there in two seasons on 45 missions and scored one goal. In July 2010 he moved to Kickers Offenbach in the third division, for which he was in the starting line-up in the first competitive game of the 2010/11 season. On April 21, 2011 it became known that the Hessian third division team had resigned the midfielder without notice due to a "gross breach of trust" . At the beginning of the 2011/12 season Damahou joined the Israeli first division club FC Bnei Sachnin, a year later he moved to Maccabi Haifa.
