Johann David Naumann

Johann David Naumann (born September 14, 1775 in Königsberg , † January 7, 1824 in Berlin ) was a Prussian lawyer .

Life

Johann David Naumann was the son of the church council of the same name, Johann David Naumann (also Johann David Neumann ) (1742–1803); his father was the first preacher in the old town church in Königsberg.

He studied at the University of Konigsberg law and was 1793 Auskultator in the East Prussian government in Königsberg. Because of his remarkable discernment and insight, he drew the attention of his superiors, who began to promote him. In 1796 he was appointed assessor at the court court in Bromberg and in the same year he was appointed to the government council in Marienwerder . In 1820 he was given the post of a Secret High Tribunal Councilor at the Prussian High Tribunal .

Johann David Naumann was married and had several children. When he died, in addition to his widow, three sons and a daughter, a daughter and a son died before him.
