Johann III. (Saxony-Lauenburg)

Johann III. von Sachsen-Lauenburg (* around 1335, † 1356 ) was Duke of Sachsen-Lauenburg in the line Mölln and Bergedorf from 1344 to 1356 .

As the firstborn, Johann took over the reign of the Bergedorf-Mölln part of the Duchy of Saxony-Lauenburg after the death of his father Albrecht IV of Saxony-Lauenburg. Since he died childless in 1356, the reign passed to his younger brother Albrecht V von Sachsen-Lauenburg . There are no reports of any special events during his reign.
