Johann Nagl

Johann Nagl (born December 8, 1905 in Gerersdorf , † May 1, 1988 in Melk ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer . Nagl was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1949 to 1959 and from 1960 to 1964 .

Life

Nagl attended elementary school and worked as a farmer.

He was a local councilor between 1936 and 1938 and became the executive councilor after the Second World War in 1945. He was then from 1965 to 1968 local councilor in Troibetsberg and from 1969 to 1970 local councilor in Pöggstall . In addition, Nagl held the function of district farmers' chamber chairman between 1947 and 1970 and represented the ÖVP between November 5, 1949 and June 4, 1959 and from January 21, 1960 to November 19, 1964 in the state parliament. Nagl was also the main district party chairman of the ÖVP and was made an honorary citizen and economics councilor.
