Johann Sommer (Provost)
Johann Sommer († after 1438) was electoral councilor in Brandenburg , Protonotarius , canon and provost of Berlin .
Life
Johann Sommer was busy driving the Landschosses in the Mittelmark in 1423 and 1424 . Since 1428 he was electoral councilor in Brandenburg and notary (scribe), then Protonotarius (chief clerk), also known as chancellor . In 1435 Johann Sommer was mentioned as a canon in Lebus and Stendal , and in 1436 as a dean in the collegiate monastery in Stendal. From 1438 he was provost in Berlin.
