The John Paul II Hill ( Polish copy Jana Pawła II ) in Krakow was raised in 1997 in honor of Pope John Paul II . A cross was placed on its top. The hill measures 7 meters without a cross, making it the smallest of the heaped Krakow hills. It is located in the Dębniki district south of the Vistula .
