Johannes Hiltstein
Johannes Hiltstein was a German hymn poet . He worked as a Protestant preacher in the 16th century , he called himself Hans Hildstein and had a brother named Hans Rumult von Ocha. You don't know more about your life. In 1557 he published a collection of songs. A song from the collection that he wrote appeared in a hymn book by Valentin Bapst as early as 1553 ; other songs were included in Cyriacus Spangenberg's Christlichs Gesangbüchlein published in 1568 .
