Johannes Junge (arithmetic master)

Johannes Junge (* probably in Schweidnitz , worked around 1577, further life dates unknown) was a German arithmetic master of the 16th century who worked in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck .

Life

Johannes Junge developed a method for determining root values, which was used particularly in the 17th century, and which he published in Lübeck in 1577 as arithmetic master.
