Johannes Lukas (born June 24, 1993 in Munich ) is a German biathlon trainer.

Career

Johannes Lukas had to end his career as a competitive athlete at the age of 21 due to injuries. He studied sports science at the Technical University of Munich and also completed further trainer training, such as B. training to become a personal trainer . He was u. a. Athletics and coordination trainer in the youth performance center of TSV 1860 Munich and as personal trainer of the European sailing champion Tina Lutz .

After an internship, he was deputy head coach Wolfgang Pichler from 2015 and jointly responsible for the senior squad of the Swedish national biathlon team. His main area of ​​responsibility was the most important sporting processes such as running, route analysis and tactics. After Wolfgang Pichler's resignation, Lukas was appointed head coach for the women's and men's A-squad in May 2019 by the Swedish Biathlon Association.
