John Devine (born November 2, 1985 in Dixon , Illinois ) is a retired American cyclist .
In 2005 John Devine was third in the stage once at the Tweedagsen van de Gaverstreek and twice third at the Ronde van Antwerp. In 2006 Devine was third at Romsée-Stavelot-Romsée and took third place in the overall ranking of the Volta Ciclista Provincia Tarragona. Later at the road world championship in Salzburg he finished 18th in the road race of the U23 class. In 2007 he won a stage and the overall ranking at the Volta Ciclista Provincia Tarragona and at the Ronde de l'Isard . In 2008 he started for the High Road team for one season , then ended his cycling career.
