John P. Mullen

John P. Mullen (* 1955 ) is an Australian logistics manager . Until February 2009 he was a member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Post AG .

After attaining the GCE O-Levels and A-Levels (corresponds to Abitur) in Great Britain in 1973, he attended the University of Surrey until 1978 in the course "Management in the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Industry" (Bachelor of Science). Mullen was an external advisor to Deutsche Post from 1994 to 2002. During this time he was both owner and manager of the private company "Brockham". In 2002 he became Chief Executive Officer "DHL Express Asia Pacific". In 2005, Mullen was appointed as the successor to Uwe Dörken on the board of directors for the “Express” corporate division of Deutsche Post.
