JoJo's Circus (ger .: Jojo's Circus ) is a Canadian - US animated series from Cartoon Pizza and Cuppa Coffee Studios in 2003. It was conceived by Jim Jinkins, Lisa Jinkins, David Campbell, Eric Weiner and Adam Shaheen and has 64 Consequences. In the United States and Canada, Jojo's Circus premiered on September 28, 2003 on the Disney Channel and Family Channel . In Germany the broadcast took place on September 15, 2004 in the KFO. In 2004 the series was nominated for an Annie Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Television Production Produced for Children .

The series is about a clown girl named Jojo who lives in a circus town and goes to a circus school. With her friends the funny cowboy, the sleepy potato Knolli, the ballerina Sarah, the frog girl Quaki, the snake Bal Boa, and Jojo's pet, a little lion named Goliath, she learns many things.
She regularly goes to the circus school and learns how to balance high wire, unicycling, throwing balls, juggling and other things that a clown lady or a clown should know. At the end of an episode, Jojo's fellow human beings ask what she has learned. But before Jojo answers the question, the people prepare the stage where Jojo will answer the questions and sing along. After the preparations, Jojo says what she has learned.
