Johanna Catharina Maria (Jolande) Sap (born May 22, 1963 in Venlo ) is a former Dutch politician of the GroenLinks party .

The trained economist worked at the University of Amsterdam and later in the Ministry of Social Affairs. From 2003 to 2008 she was director of the consulting firm LEEFtijd.

Sap has been active in GroenLinks since 1993. In 2006 and 2010 she was a member of her party's electoral program committee. Since September 2, 2008, she has been a member of the Second Chamber as a financial expert. On December 16, 2010, she was elected group leader after her predecessor Femke Halsema withdrew from politics. She led her party as the top candidate in the early parliamentary elections on September 12, 2012 , where it achieved its worst result to date with just four seats. On October 5, 2012, she resigned the parliamentary group chairmanship and her seat as a member of parliament after the party leadership withdrew her confidence.

Jolande Sap lives in Amsterdam and has two children.
