Jon Olsson Mårdalen (born August 18, 1895 in Tinn , † December 5, 1977 in Tinn) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .
Mårdalen, who started for Tinn Skilag, was the Norwegian champion over 30 km in 1923 . At the 1924 Winter Olympics in Chamonix , he finished fourth over 18 km and 50 km. In the same year he won third place over 50 km at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival . His son Kjetil was active as a Nordic combined athlete.
