Jorge Martín Montenegro (born May 7, 1983 in Mar del Plata ) is an Argentine cyclist .

Jorge Martín Montenegro was Argentine champion in 2005 in Neuquén in the road race of the U23 class. At the Pan American Championship in Mae del Plata, he finished third in the U23 road race. He also won a stage in the Semana Aragonesa in 2005. In the 2006 season, Montenegro was successful on two parts of the Vuelta Ciclista a Cartagena. In 2007 and 2008 he won a stage at the Vuelta a León . He also won the fourth stage of the Volta Ciclista Provincia Tarragona in 2008. In 2010 he started at the Vuelta a España and finished 150th in the overall ranking. In 2012 he won a stage of the Volta ao Alentejo .

In 2016, Montenegro tested positive for ephedrine during the Vuelta a Zamora and was banned for one year. After his suspension expired, he started in road races in Portugal in 2018.
