Josef Wieser (politician, 1946)

Josef Wieser (born June 23, 1946 in Ritzing ) is a former Austrian bricklayer and politician ( SPÖ ). In 1987 he was a member of the Burgenland State Parliament .

Life

Wieser was born as the son of the carpenter Josef Wieser from Ritzing. He attended elementary school in Ritzing and secondary school in Lackenbach and subsequently worked as a bricklayer. Wieser later joined the Burgenland regional service and worked in the road administration. He became deputy road foreman in the Oberpullendorf road administration.

Wieser is married.

Wieser was also active as an SPÖ councilor from 1972. In 1977 he was elected mayor of Ritzing. Between June 15, 1987 and October 30, 1987, Wieser was a member of the Burgenland State Parliament for a short period of time.
