Joseph-Michel Le Soufaché (* 1804 ; † 1887 ) was a French architect of historicism .

Le Soufaché learned from François Debret and Félix Duban , and entered the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1830 . He then worked under Charles-Eugène-Frédéric Neveu on the renovation of the Palace of Versailles ordered by the citizen-king Louis-Philippe I , then with Félix Duban on the extension of the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and on the restoration work at Dampierre Castle of the Duke of Luynes . Le Soufaché built private residences for the nobility and the upper classes, including the new castle in Parc de Sceaux from 1856 to 1862.
