Joseph Kaskell

Joseph Kaskell (born March 13, 1892 , † September 5, 1989 in Madison , New Hampshire , USA ) was a German-American lawyer and writer.

Life

Joseph Kaskell was a lawyer in Berlin and active in the liberal-Protestant movement . He emigrated to the USA where he worked as a lawyer. He worked in the Council for a Democratic Germany and was secretary of the American Committee to Aid Survivors of German Resistance . Joseph Kaskell was seen as a representative of liberal Protestantism in US policy on exile.
