Ju Shou (Three Realms)

Jǔ Shou ( Chinese  沮授 ; † 200) is a character from Luo Guanzhongs novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms , which in China of the Three Kingdoms period is. His real role model was probably an officer of the Chinese warlord Yuan Shao .

In the novel, he often advocates careful action against the ambitious Cao Cao , but Yuan Shao does not listen to him and ultimately has him arrested and locked in prison. After Yuan Shao's defeat in the Battle of Guandu , Ju Shou cannot be persuaded to submit to Cao Cao and is killed.
