Judge Harry Pregerson Interchange is an interchange in Los Angeles in the communities of Athens and Watts in the State of California . It is the intersection of Interstate 105 (Glenn M. Anderson Freeway) and Interstate 110 (Harbor Freeway).

The freeway interchange allows traffic on four levels to enter and exit in all directions such as to Hollywood Split or the East Los Angeles Interchange and also offers high-occupancy vehicle lanes , tracks of the Green Line of the Los Angeles Metro with a station, busways or the Harbor Transitway . It opened with Interstate 105 in 1993 and is maintained by the California Department of Transportation . The cross is named after Harry Pregerson , a longtime federal judge who presided over a court that had to decide on the construction of the freeways.

The motorway junction is known from the films Speed and La La Land, among others .

Los Angeles Metro

In the middle of the Judge Harry Pregerson Interchange there is a transfer stop between the Green Line of the light rail , which runs east-west in the median of the I-105, and the Metroliner buses of the Silver Line, which run on the I-110.
