Judith Kerr Primary School is a British primary school in the district Herne Hill in London . It is a bilingual school founded by parents as a free school. The school is named after the author Judith Kerr , who expressly agreed to this.

Classes are in English and German . In terms of content, the Judith Kerr Primary School follows the British curriculum, in contrast to the German School in London . When the school was founded, there were considerable numbers of applicants, so that the school immediately started with a preschool class and first and second grades. In 2013, 40% of the students had at least one German parent, 60% of the students did not.
