Judy (Frankie Vaughan song)

Judy is a pop song from 1958. The ballad was composed and written by Gloria Shayne and Noel Paris . The piece was successfully interpreted by Frankie Vaughan , who made the recording together with the Ray Ellis orchestra. Vaughan sings about Judy, a girl from his neighborhood, and the magic he feels at the sight of her. One morning he would go to her house and take her home with him.

The single reached number 100 in the first edition of the Billboard charts on August 4, 1958 and climbed to number 22. It was released in 1958 as a 7 " vinyl / 45rpm as well as a 10" shellac record / 78rpm on the Philips label as a B-side together with the title Wonderful Things .
