Jugendhilfe is the name of a German trade magazine . It has been published since 1963.

Current situation

Luchterhand-Verlag (Neuwied) has been running the magazine since 1991 . Luchterhand was bought by Wolters Kluwer Germany, where the magazine Jugendhilfe appears today in Cologne. At the beginning of 2016, the publisher announced to all article authors and reviewers that, for reasons of cost, fees would no longer be paid.

The youth welfare service reports six times a year on child and youth welfare issues in Germany and partly in Europe. Each issue has a focus. In addition, the periodical deals with trends, reports, current legislation, current case law and literature (reviews).
