Jules Duboscq
Louis Jules Duboscq (* 1817 ; † 1886 ) was a French optician in Paris.
He learned from Jean-Baptiste Soleil (1778–1878) and improved numerous optical instruments. He married Soleil's daughter Rosalie Jean and later also took over his workshop. He built the heliostat and its electromagnetic controller for Léon Foucault . He also constructed a stereo camera.
