Julia Faure (born February 13, 1977 ) is a French actress .

Life

Faure studied until 1999 at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique with Philippe Garrel , Dominique Valadié and Jacques Lassalle . She has been performing in the theater since the late 1990s, working with Michel Piccoli , among others .

She made her film debut in 2001 in Sauvage innocence by Philippe Garrel, in which she played a leading role. In 2002 she was nominated for the Prix Michel Simon as Best Actress for her acting performance. Several roles in short and feature films followed. For her role in Noémie Lvovsky's Camille - In Love Again! Faure received a César nomination in the category of best young actress and won a Prix ​​Lumières for best young actress .
