Julian A. Baynes
Julian A. Baynes was a politician from St. Vincent and the Grenadines .
He represented St. George's constituency in the House of Assembly from October 15, 1951 to July 4, 1957 . At first he was a member of the Eight Army Liberation Party , from 1954 an independent MP.
