Rudolph E. Baynes
Rudolph E. Baynes was a politician from St. Vincent and the Grenadines .
He represented Kingstown constituency in the House of Assembly from October 15, 1951 to July 4, 1957 . From April 5, 1956 to July 4, 1957 he was Minister for Trade and Production. At first he was a member of the Eight Army Liberation Party , from 1954 an independent MP.
