Julius Erler

Alexander Julius Erler (born May 19, 1846 in Osterode , † after 1931) was a German judge .

Sworn in in 1869, the Prussian Erler was appointed district judge in 1874. In 1879 he was appointed magistrate and in 1888 magistrate. He became district judge in 1891. In 1893 he was promoted to higher regional judge . In 1904 he was appointed to the IV Civil Senate of the Imperial Court. He retired in 1914. He was a member of the Reichsgerichträtekommentar.
