Julius Grünwald

Julius Grünwald (born February 25, 1869 in Čáry , Slovakia , † October 7, 1945 in London ) was an Austrian politician ( SDAP ). Grünwald was a member of the Vienna City Council from 1919 and was appointed to the Reumann City Senate as part of the reform of the City Senate . On June 1, 1920, he took over the office of the leading City Councilor for Social Policy and Housing (Administrative Group IV), but resigned from his office on January 12, 1922. Gründwald cited the reason for his resignation that he had not succeeded in "carrying out the central treatment of housing".
