Young Stilling Society
The Jung-Stilling-Gesellschaft Siegen eV is a registered association based in Kreuztal .
The society, an association of scientists from different disciplines , was founded on September 3, 1988. President since 2013 is Prof. Dr. Eckehard Krah , he took over from senior teacher Ortwin Brückel , who had been in office since 2008 . Until 2008, the office was held by the founding chairman, Gerhard Merk . The purpose and task of the Jung-Stilling Society is to research the life and work of Johann Heinrich Jung, known as Jung-Stilling (1740–1817).
