Juno was an indie rock band from Seattle ( USA ).

history

Juno was founded in 1995. Her debut album This is the way it goes & goes & goes was released on March 30, 1999 on DeSoto Records . The second album, A future lived in past tense, followed on May 8, 2001. The band received many positive reviews from various local and national music magazines and also gained international fame.

In the meantime the band has officially dissolved. They had played with different bassists (including Nick Harmer from Death Cab for Cutie ), but then realized that musically they had developed too much in different directions. According to an entry on Juno's official website, they broke up on good terms.

As part of an annual charity event in Seattle, Juno met again on December 9th and 10th, 2006 for a concert.
