The Juno Peaks are two steep-walled nunataks in the south of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . With small rocky outcrops on the west flank, they form an east-west oriented mountain ridge 10 km southwest of Mimas Peak .
Trimetrogon recordings by the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947-1948) and measurements made by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey between 1948 and 1950 were used to map them. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1974 after the asteroid (3) Juno .
