Juodmena is the northwestern part of the Lithuanian city ​​of Jonava in Kaunas District . The populated residential area is around Petras Vaičiūnas Street. Juodmena borders Rimkai . The name of the district comes from the Juodmena River , the right tributary of the Varnaka ( Neris system) in the Jonava district . There is the Juodmena Family Clinic (UAB "Juodmenos šeimos klinika"). The Juodmena constituency (in the Jonava constituency ) has 3,703 eligible voters.
