Jurgis Staševičius
Jurgis Staševičius (born October 27, 1958 in Šaukėnai , Rajongemeinde Kelmė ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
After graduating from secondary school in 1976, he graduated from the technical center for hydromelioration in Panevėžys in 1979 and graduated from the Faculty of Mechanization of Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija in 1987 and became a mechanic. From 1979 to 1991 he worked in Kelmė . In 2000 and from 2008 to 2010 he was Deputy District Manager of Telšiai . From 1995 to 1997 he was the deputy mayor , and from 1997 to 2000 he was the mayor of the Kelmė district .
From 1993 he was a member of Lietuvos krikščionių Demokratieų partija , from 2010 the Krikščionių partija .
He is married. Judita Staševičienė is a judge at Telšiai District Court .
