The König-Ludwig-Dampfbahn Bad Brückenau was a park railway with a 600 mm gauge, which started from 1996 to 2000 in Bad Brückenau at the building yard and was originally supposed to lead to the Staatsbad Brückenau . At the end of 1995, the first section of the railway from the building yard to the planned bridge over the Sinn was put into operation. In 1996 the bridge was built across the Sinn and a train station with a transfer track was built on the other side of the river. The route was later extended to around today's Washington Square .
The railway was shut down in 2000, the vehicles were brought to the Wächtersbach – Bad Orb railway line . The track systems are still in place today.
