Kızlar Ağası

Kızlar Ağası ( Ottoman قيزلر اغاسی ' Agha of the Girls' , i. e. Concubines) or Darüssaade Ağası was the title of the highest black palace eunuch in the Ottoman Empire .

From the 16th century the Kızlar Ağası had the rank of pasha with three horse tails . The black head eunuchs were among the top bureaucrats of the Ottoman Empire.
