Kōichirō Katafuchi ( Japanese 片 渕 浩 一郎 Katafuchi Kōichirō ; born April 29, 1975 in Saga Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Katafuchi learned to play football on the school team at Saga Commercial High School and the university team at Tokai University . He signed his first contract with Sagan Tosu in 1998 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . For the club he completed 58 games. In 2002 he moved to league rivals Albirex Niigata . He played three games for the club. At the end of 2002 he ended his career as a football player.
