The Kuk Naval Cemetery Pula is a cemetery in Pula in today's Republic of Croatia, which was established in 1862 by the naval section of the then Imperial War Ministry . The cemetery is located in the Stoja district in the immediate vicinity of the Valkane Bay . It originally had an area of 4000 m². Over time, around 150,000 war dead found their last resting place on the 22,000 m² site. In 1990, the cemetery was completely renovated with the help of the cemetery operator, the Austrian Black Cross and the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge .
