Košarkaški klub Bosna Royal is a Bosnian basketball team from Sarajevo .

KK Bosna Royal won several national championships and cups in Yugoslavia and Bosnia and Herzegovina , such as the European league in 1979. The club can therefore be regarded as one of the most successful clubs from the former Yugoslavia.

From 2004 to 2007 and from 2008 to 2008 the club played in the ABA League , in between and since then in the Bosnian Basketball League.
