Kahiwi Maihao Ridge is an ice-free ridge near the center of the Denton Hills in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises up to 1075 m and extends in an east-west direction between the Marshall Valley and the Miers Valley .
The New Zealand Geographic Board named it descriptively in 1994 after the term "Kahiwi Maihao" (German: " Finger ") from the Māori .
